The objective of baccarat is to predict which of the two hands (banker or player) that are about to be dealt will be closer to having a value of nine.

In baccarat, the player competes against the banker. Wagers are placed in the “Tie”, “Banker” and “Player” areas that are clearly marked on the table. The cards are dealt from a deck of cards (via a shoe), and traditionally, the shoe contains between six and eight standard 52-card decks (without jokers).

GoldenCasino.Com’s version of baccarat is played using eight 52-card decks. For this game also, each wager placed is treated as a separate wager against the banker. Two hands of cards are dealt, one for the Player and one for the Banker. Each hand will contain either two or three cards.
